Program Model Overview

40 Week Core Foundation 
Our 40 Week Core Foundation program is a structured psychoeducational and cognitive-behavioral program consisting of an interlocking series of short-term treatment groups designed to teach youth to contain and stabilize behavioral difficulties and to self-regulate their behavior and emotion.

ACORN Treatment and Rehabilitation (Trauma Informed Care)
ACORN: Attachment and socially connected relationships, Competency and social skill development, Overcoming adversity and trauma, Regulation and self-control of behavior and emotion, New self: new ideas, new attitudes, new understanding.

Culture of Recovery
Our Culture of Recovery reflects a treatment environment in which our students are enabled to "recover" from the effects of earlier damaging life experiences.

Behavioral Health Emotional and Behavioral Disorders

Adolescents: Behavior Disorder Treatment
A specialized program for high-risk youth, ages 12-18, who have        displayed aggressive behaviors that is designed to teach and support youth and their families in becoming socially, emotionally and behaviorally capable in order to build and maintain a permanent family connection. 

Pre-Teens: Sexually Reactive Program 
A specialized child and family centered, nurturing and trauma sensitive treatment environment for children, ages 9-13, who have been traumatized and subsequently have presented problem sexual behavior.

Adolescents: Sexually Problematic Program
A specialized treatment environment for youth, ages 13-22 who have violated the boundaries of others in a sexual nature.

Adolescent: Alternative Learning Program (ALPS)
A specialized treatment environment for youth, ages 13-22 who         have violated the boundaries of others in a sexual nature and who experience significant learning needs, developmental needs, and/or whose Full Scale IQs is below average.
